Stef began her training and media research career 30 years ago. She has taught thousands of learners from large companies and public sector organisations in her roles as VP at Telmar; as Senior Evaluation Analyst for the government department, COI; as Principal Trainer for Wonderbound Ltd and in her current role at JICMAIL. Specialising in business skills, communication evaluation, media research and behavioural science courses, Stef is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, media measurement best practice and fabulous client service.

Stef is a seasoned conference presenter and panel chair. She was a Media Research Group committee member for 15 years (and chair for four of those years) and was honoured to be a judge in 2023 for the Data & Marketing Association Awards and The Drum/Canon Creative Futures Initiative.
