Michelle is Managing Director, International Syndication and is responsible for growing Sky’s product offering via global partnerships. After Sky Glass’s successful launch in its core markets, deals have been announced in Australia with Foxtel and Multichoice Group in South Africa, where consumers in these markets will be able to enjoy the Sky Glass experience.

Michelle has worked across several commercial, operational, and transformational leadership roles at Sky. She started her career in Sky Business driving revenue growth by growing Sky’s footprint across the hospitality sector (pubs/clubs and hotels) before moving into large scale business transformation. She led on key company-wide change initiatives when Sky UK, Germany and Italy merged to form one group, leveraging her Italian language skills, and was part of the leadership team that helped turned Sky Creative into a competitive advertising and campaign agency. Michelle subsequently spent a number of years as Director of Finance before moving on to lead Business Transformation and Commercial Operations across Europe.

Michelle was recognised by Sky by being nominated and appearing on Management Today’s list of top 35 women under 35.
