We want to know if VOZ and VOZ Streaming are having the impact that was hoped for them – enabling more efficient advertising and increased BVOD investment. Now media buyers have de-duplicated streaming audiences across Total TV, with co-viewing, and aggregated BVOD trading with enhanced targeting and frequency capping, do they want the same ‘Gold Standard’ for the wider total video market? And is OzTAM the organisation that could extend these capabilities to cover SVOD, and maybe AVOD or FAST? OzTAM has the infrastructure (representative panel and streaming meters) to unify linear and more of the connected TV market, but do they want to? What are the barriers and what are the chances?
