Mary Ann Halford is a global media and entertainment strategist and operator as well as an active corporate board director. Since 2017, she has been the Principal of Halford Media Advisors, a company she formed to provide strategic and operating advisory services to companies in the global media and entertainment industries. From 2021 through 2023, she was a Partner at Altman Solon, the world’s leading TMT strategy consultancy. Mary Ann previously served as a Senior Advisor to OC&C Strategy Consultants, a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting’s TMT practice, and EVP of Fox International Channels, where she built the framework for one of the world’s leading international channel organizations. In 2002, Mary Ann co-founded El Camino Entertainment Group which consolidated operating businesses in the live family entertainment industry, which currently operates as North American Midway Entertainment. Ms. Halford is also active as a board member. She currently serves as a Director of Cineverse (NASDAQ: CNVS), Media and Games Invest (OMX: M8G) and EightCo Holdings (NASDAQ: OCTO). Past board positions include Vinco Ventures (NASDAQ: BBIG) and Triton Digital (private).
