Chris is the newly appointed JAPAC Commercial Director for Publica by IAS, a CTV ad-serving and ad decisioning technology to some of the world’s biggest smart TV manufacturers, broadcasters, AVOD and FAST apps. Previously, Chris was Senior Client Development Manager, Rakuten Advertising where he delivered programmatic and strategic partnership strategies across O&O properties including K-Drama AVOD platform Viki.com and messaging App Viber. Prior to that, Chris held senior commercial roles with Criteo and Fairfax Media (AU). Chris has over 15 years of extensive experience across both the buy and sell sides of programmatic advertising.
