The evolution of TV viewing from linear broadcast towards on-demand IP impacts on many areas of Ofcom's duties as the UK's communications regulator. This session will use the data that Ofcom collects to set out trends and linkages between Ofcom's various policy goals, including in supporting public service broadcasting, in ensuring the optimal use of radio spectrum, in promoting competition and investment in broadband networks, and in supporting digital inclusion.
