Ryan Afshar is an experienced marketing and commercial leader with a career spanning over 20 years in adtech, digital, and broadcast media. He is currently at LG Ad Solutions, where he leads strategic partnerships with Connected TV publishers and programmatic platforms across international markets, driving innovation and growth in CTV advertising.
Prior to joining LG, Ryan held leadership roles at prominent companies including LiveRamp, Videology, Telefónica, and Time Inc. He also co-founded Inadvia, a pioneering programmatic trading platform for inflight advertising, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to advertising technology.
Beyond his day-to-day role, Ryan is passionate about driving positive change in the media and marketing industry. He is a regular speaker at industry events and actively mentors rising talent through organisations such as Bloom UK, Media For All (MEFA), and NABS, working to build a more diverse and inclusive industry for everyone.
