Shayna is the development & production executive for ATS, where she has more than 13 years of experience in multiple unscripted genres for notable indies including All3Media America and B17 Entertainment in LA. Her experience spans across the US and Europe, both in physical production and development for major broadcasters and networks. Shayna spearheaded the launch of ATS's Originals division in the UK. She now oversees partnerships, co-productions, and production operations for ATS internationally. She also handles the development and sales of original ATS show formats.
