Last year, new IPA President Josh Krichefski launched his three-prong, ‘People First’ agenda. This initiative speaks directly to The Future 100 Club who identified DE&I and talent retention as the key priorities for leaders this year in a survey run by The Media Leader at the start of 2024. This follows the same narrative that the Future 100 Club so eloquently and passionately debated in October last year at The Future of Media, where they made it very clear that they believed the industry could face a talent exodus if important changes were not made. Krichefski has already outlined talent as a passion point to him, asking that the industry opens its eyes, hearts and minds.
