27-year-old Jake Lee is the founder of Alpha Talent Group - the UK’s fastest growing talent management agency. Living in North London and with a background in sales and financial recruitment, Jake always wanted to find a career that he was truly passionate about and would allow him to work for himself. He left school following his A-levels, and did not apply for university in a bid to start his own business and start making money for himself. Starting out working in recruitment and property gave him a strong introduction to sales, taught him how to manage business relationships and how to handle rejection - crucial skills for any entrepreneur. Since its inception, Alpha has grown from strength to strength and now represents some of the biggest names across Sports, Media and Entertainment. On 15th February 2022, Jake also launched Alpha Talent Sport - the sports division of Alpha which manages the commercial opportunities for professional athletes, spanning across a wide range of sports including American Football, Tennis, Boxing and Athletics.
