Marco Bertozzi is the Co-Founder of TheZoo.London - The leading senior consultant collective for our industry. Before founding TheZoo.London, he has worked for 30 years across the advertising industry in a number of senior roles, most recently President of Whalar EMEA and before that VP, EMEA and Multi-Market Sales at Spotify, where he oversaw all ad revenue, brand partnerships and reseller markets for the region and won Sales team of the Year for Media Week in 2020.

Beginning his career as a TV buyer at Zenith Optimedia, he moved to being a founding member of the Digital team in 2000. Marco quickly rose up the ranks to Head of Digital. During the rest of his agency career he has held various senior leadership roles at VivaKi and Starcom, specialising in programmatic, being a founder of ‘Audience On Demand’ in Europe in 2010, the largest Trading Desk in the region , as well as performance marketing and new business.

A regular contributor to industry press and publications, Marco consistently contributes to the media industry through events, conferences, judging and commentary. Co-founder of AdLondonCalling, supporting WACL, NABS and Creative Equals over the years, he enjoys getting behind the most important issues in the industry that he cares deeply about.

Marco also enjoys mentoring which he has done personally and for Bloom, IAA and Lollipop, he was Director of the Board for Speakers for Schools’ Media arm.
