Jess heads up the global operations, marketing and innovation at News UK’s social creative agency, THE FIFTH. One of the agency’s founding team members, she has 16 years’ experience in the creator marketing and social media space. She has held leadership positions across a variety of agencies, brands and digital publishers including Arcadia and Glam Media.

Jess is a part of the IMTB, a trade body for the influencer industry and was featured in Business Insider as one of 10 female social media experts you should know. She spends the majority of her time in the UK office, but can also be found in the agency’s LA home from time to time.

Besides work, Jess is proudly dyslexic, passionate about the environment, addicted to sugar, has a strange obsession with shark videos, and once won £2000 in a poker tournament, despite not knowing the rules.
