Dora is the Chief Strategy Officer at Ozone, responsible for operations, new business initiatives and developing the company’s strategic priorities.

Prior to this Dora was Managing Director of Digital and a member of The Telegraph Executive team, responsible for turning the company vision of serving 1m subscribers into opportunities for monetisation and revenue growth. Under Dora’s leadership, The Telegraph became a founding partner of Ozone.

Before joining The Telegraph Dora worked for Yahoo, where she was responsible for running EMEA programmatic advertising sales and operations.

Dora is also a mentor for both MEFA (Media For All) - the network set up to help Black, Asian and other ethnic talent thrive - and Outvertising, the LGBT+ advertising and marketing advocacy group.
