Description
In this session we’ll hear from leaders at GUILD Esports, co-owned by David Beckham, and a key member of its Fortnite academy team, to uncover the realities of being a professional gamer. Moderated by Gen Z market research provider, Imagen Insights, we’ll explore: What is it really like being a professional gamer? Is it possible to define gaming culture - can we really make assumptions or generalise? What challenges are there for players when it comes to online abuse – and what is being done to overcome these challenges? What do players like and not like about advertisers getting involved with gaming – and how can advertisers immerse themselves in gaming culture?
