With over 20 years of leadership experience across media, creative, data and technology, Jane has influenced work that has won Cannes Lions, Effies and Festival of Media awards across multiple continents and industry sectors. She is also a recent winner of Campaign Asia Women Leading Change Award for Visionary Leadership, and won the Service to the Industry category at the 2022 IAB Digital Advertising Awards (NZ). As an analyst in her early career, Jane is deeply rooted in the power of data and understands its ability to provide audience and channel insights that propel business growth.

She is the CEO of Hearts & Science AuNZ who’s focus is creating more meaningful and valuable media connections between brands, customers and communities, creatively harnessing the power of data, technology and innovation.
