Gill Tacchi is a senior People person, with more than 25 years experience in HR in the creative industries.

Gill started her career in HR in an advertising agency called WCRS, where she met her husband.  Enticed away to the Music business where she studied for her industry qualification, she spent 14 happy years in two of the most prestigious companies at the time, Universal Music and Warner Music.  Her then MD left to work in children's television production and distribution and asked her to go along.  It was too good an opportunity to miss.

Working initially for a PLC, Entertainment Rights, through various mergers and acquisitions Gill continued to work with the team for 10 years, in one form or another, until they ultimately became DreamWorks Animation (Kung Fu Panda; Trolls etc.) and were finally purchased by NBC Universal.

After various freelance gigs, Gill's next adventure took her to The Blair Partnership, the Literary Agency which looks after JK Rowling and the Harry Potter franchise, then on to Somethin' Else Radio and Podcast production (later bought by Sony Entertainment) and, prior to Adwanted a PR company working in the political space.

Gill's career started out in advertising as an Advertising Manager (off the page) for a large British charity and she feels she has come full circle now working back in the advertising world.

Gill loves the work she does, with a particular interest in Learning and Development, and says of her long career, "people never cease to surprise and delight you, which is why I love the work I do, seeing people grow in their careers and their lives is a terrific reward".

Gill is an avid Fulham FC supporter, and her picture shows her at the away match at Southampton in 2023, when FFC won and sent them back to the Championship.  She says she's looking forward to that trip again, now that Southampton have come straight back up!
