Nikki Sehgal serves as the General Manager of Media For All (MEFA), a vibrant organisation committed to promoting diversity, inclusion within the media industry. A passionate advocate for inclusion, mental health and well-being, Nikki's leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping MEFA's mission and impact. 
 
In her role, Nikki leads on partnerships and curates all of MEFA's events, ensuring they are engaging and educational. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of the industry’s needs have helped drive forward important conversations and initiatives around these critical issues. Nikki works her magic by bringing both prominent and underrepresented voices to the fore, providing them with the access and platform to share their knowledge and expertise with the industry.  

In addition to her role at MEFA, she serves on the UK Advertising Association’s Asian Talent and Mental Health working groups and is a board member of ‘ImNotOK’, a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with mental wellness issues. She is also the founder of ‘South Asian Women in Business’ – an online platform/community showcasing and promoting SA women across industries. 
 
Nikki brings her expertise and insight to numerous discussions, championing community building and advocating for a more inclusive workplaces. Her unwavering commitment makes her a powerful voice in the quest for a more equitable media landscape.
