Graeme has worked at, run and now founded some of the most creative, interesting and successful agencies in London and beyond. With almost twenty D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions under his belt, including a couple of Grands Prix, he has held senior leadership roles as both a CSO and an ECD. He currently works at Bicycle London, the fastest growing agency in the UK, which he co-founded in 2021. He is also a co-founder of Mettle, the world’s first mental fitness app built for men, which he launched with Bear Grylls and Alex George in 2023.
