Nigel Sharrocks has been at the very top of the Global Media industry for the past four decades, his leadership roles have included Media Director of the legendary BMP media department in the 1980’s through to the formation of Mediacom from the Grey media department in the 90’s.He then made the move to the movie industry becoming Managing Director of Warner Brothers using his leadership skills to deal with Tom Cruise and Al Pacino rather than ITV and the Daily Mail.

Returning to advertising as EMEA CEO of Dentsu Aegis he helped transformed a UK based business into the key global digital growth engine of the Japanese Ad giant.

He remains a key player in the UK media scene as Chair of Digital Cinema Media and Chair of BARB  as well as a number of other non exec roles in both profit and non for profit companies .

He is joined in a fireside chat with Greg Grimmer CEO of Adwanted UK to discuss his leadership lesson learnt over his long a distinguished career, and comment on how he has dealt with different styles of management from both an international and also sector specific basis.
