Jenny is the Head of Research & Insights for the EUI Marketing Science team at TikTok. Her mission is to use research and insights to make advertising more joyful for consumers and rewarding for clients. She has extensive experience building and leveraging data-driven research and insights to fuel business growth, cultivate brand awareness, and inspire product innovation by understanding people’s behaviours.
Prior to TikTok, Jenny spent years working at Google, holding key roles in data-driven research and marketing across EMEA and US. She holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from King's College University London and a Postgrad Diploma in AI for Business from Said Business School, Oxford University.
