Gareth Tomlin is responsible for insights, analytics and audience measurement at Paramount Australia and collaborates with international research leaders across Paramount globally. Gareth leads a team of local research experts to provide insights and analytics to various departments including advertising sales, content, and programming for Network 10, 10 Play and Paramount+.
Gareth began his career at The Nielsen Company’s television audience measurement division before joining Network 10 as Research Manager in 2012, then stepped up to the Head of Research in 2016 and was promoted to his current role of General Manager in July 2018.
As a trusted, senior leader at Paramount, Gareth represents the organisation in key industry groups including OzTAM, where he has been Network 10’s alternate Director on the Board since 2016, overseeing Australia’s official television audience measurement system.
