Matt is the Product Director for BT Group's Home & TV business across the EE, BT and Plusnet brands. He’s accountable for e2e product development, silicone and OEM management, lifecycle management, customer journeys and IT Transformation. Across his 15 year career in telecoms, he's led teams at scale across product, propositions, P&L management and commercial, most recently leading the Broadband & TV category launch for ‘New EE’, delivering a significant step change in the way products are developed to truly begin with customer needs and use cases. He’s passionate about people and teams, and enjoys helping people develop as product leaders and challenge organisational norms that stand in the way of delivering great products, journeys and experiences. Outside work, Matt is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time in the countryside.
