Under her leadership, she spearheaded the transformation of a traditional pay-TV operation into a diversified media ecosystem, expanding into streaming and free-to-air channels. She delivered double-digit annual revenue growth, launched category-defining content initiatives, and led the regional integration of two major acquisitions—Eurosport and Scripps Networks—into a unified business portfolio.
