Brendan leads the teams that deliver multiple award-winning services for millions of BT customers – including EE TV and previously BT Sport, BT Group’s Media & Broadcast services, and the broadband hubs that connect millions of homes across the UK.   He started his career working on the pioneering, BAFTA-award winning, ‘Homechoice’ Broadband TV service in the UK, and has contributed to multiple IPTV platforms and services across Europe.   His background is in the software, network, and architecture of entertainment services, and his passion is for bringing together people, technology, and creativity to deliver brilliant customer experiences.
