Over the past 10+ years, my focus has been omni channel marketing strategy and enterprise platform activation, including building teams of media strategists, programmatic traders, analysts and operations specialists for agencies and in-house brands. Keeping curious with an emphasis on data driven innovation, I lead and learn through collaboration with adjacent teams such as data science and creative excellence. Currently, as the Director of Media Strategy & Digital Platforms at Bayer Inc Consumer Health, I’m further exploring HCP and emerging marketing channels such as Retail Media.
