In 2023, we launched The Top 50 Women Gamechangers in TV, to recognise the brilliant women who are changing, influencing, and driving disruption across the historically male-dominated TV ecosystem.

TV and video has always been an incredibly powerful tool in the media industry, and we are delighted to announce this brand-new initiative powered by The Media Leader and Videonet, and all of the team at Adwanted Events who are responsible for the Connected TV World Summit and The Future of TV Advertising series.

In the coming weeks, we will be asking all four corners of the industry – agencies, broadcasters, tech, and advertisers – to nominate someone they believe encompasses our core values of disruption, inclusion, courage and excellence.

There was no barrier to entry based on age, experience or job title. These are the 50 women that our judges deemed to be worthy of a place in this list. Names, job titles and companies were up to date as of October 2023 when this group was originally announced.
