Each year, four inductees from The Future 100 – as voted for by their fellow F100 classmates – will each deliver a three-minute manifesto to our room full of industry peers which highlights the most important issues they would like industry leaders to address over the next 12 months.

This year, those manifestos will be presented at The Future of Media London conference on October 9. This year will be applicable for the Class of 2023, with the 2024 cohort being given the opportunity to take part in 2025.

This video shows the four finalists delivering their manifestos to a room full of leaders at The Media Leaders Awards last year. Chris Dunne, Tashan Nicholas, Lee Mabey and Simon Akers delivered manifestos that focused on mental health, tackling ageism, neurodiversity and inclusion.
